THE BOLT NEEDED TO FASTEN THE SEAT BELT MECHANISM IS MISSING. ALSO HOLE WHERE THE BOLT SHOULD GO DOES'NT HAVE ANY THREADS IN IT. THEREFORE ONE CANNOT USE IT.*AK
