AFTER EXTENDING SEAT BELT, RETRACTION WAS WEAK; EVENTUALLY, SEAT BELT WOULD SUDDENLY NOT RETRACT AT ALL. FOR UNKNOWN REASON(S), SEAT BELT WOULD AGAIN FUNCTION NORMALLY FOR A TIME, THEN IT WOULD STOP RETRACTING AGAIN.

CONSUMER HAD REPLACED THE BRAKE SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE ROTORS/SHOES, ETC. SHE IS COMPLAINING THAT WHEN STEPPING ON THE BRAKES PEDAL, THE BRAKES DON'T WORK PROPERLY. IT IS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE FAMILY TO GET INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE USING THE DOOR HANDLES. FINALLY, THE SEAT BELTS ARE NOT SECURING THE PASSENGERS WHERE A PERSON HAD SECURED THE SEAT WITH A SCREW DRIVER. *AK
