2004 DAMON INTRUDER RV DOES NOT CLOSE COMPLETE FOR SAFE TRAVEL CUSTOMER STATES THAT THE ARMS DON'T LOCK IN**CC WHILE DRIVING, THE AWNING EXTENDED ABOUT 8-10 INCHES FROM THE RV, SLAMMED BACK AGAINST THE RV. THE CONSUMER EXTENDED THE AWNING AND NOTICED BOTH ARMS WERE LOOSE. THE AWNING COULD ONLY BE RETRACTED SEVERAL INCHES AT A TIME AND THE CONSUMER HAD TO TWIST AND WORK WITH BOTH ARMS SO THE AWNING WOULD RETRACT. THE CONSUMER LEFT THE AWNING RETRACTED AND WAS UNABLE TO USE IT.*TR

TL* - THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DAMON INTRUDER 350W WITH A CURRENT MILEAGE OF 8,000 MILES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR RM2862 WAS INSTALLED THE EXHAUST TUBE WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE ELECTRIC WIRES. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT THIS WOULD CAUSE A FIRE. THE CONTACT HAD THE RV LOOKED AT BY PERKINS RV COMPANY IN FLORIDA. PERKINS TOLD THE CONTACT THAT A FIRE COULD START. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER (DAMON) AND SENT PICTURES. DAMON TOLD THE CONTACT THAT THEY WOULD HAVE THE ENGINEERS LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM. THE CONTACT HAD NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. *AK THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE EXHAUST AIRWAY WAS BLOCKED BY INSULATION. DT: THE CONSUMER OWNS A 2004 DAMON INTRUDER 350. THE INNER REAR GOODYEAR TIRE BLEWOUT AT 3200 MILES. THE CONSUMER IS AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE OTHER TIRES MAY BE DEFECTIVE AS WELL. GOODYEAR, G670RV, 245/70R19.5. THERE WAS A DAMAGED PLACES INSIDE THE TIRE. THE TIRE IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. *AK *NM
