TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FLEETWOOD JAMBOREE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SHOWER DOOR EXPLODED WHEN IT WAS OPENED, CAUSING GLASS TO SHATTER EVERYWHERE. THE FLOOR WAS DAMAGED. THE CONTACT'S WRIST WAS CUT BY A PIECE OF GLASS. HE SPOKE WITH THE DEALER WHO ADVISED HIM TO CLEAN UP THE GLASS AND PUT UP A SHOWER CURTAIN. BECAUSE THE VEHICLE IS A 2008 MODEL, THE DEALER STATED THAT THE DOORS ARE NOT IN STOCK, HOWEVER, THEY WILL REPLACE THE DOOR. THE CONTACT HAS PICTURES OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN, ENGINE SIZE, NUMBER OF CYLINDERS, AND POWERTRAIN WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 50.

They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
