The vehicle goes into limp mode without warning no matter the speed. cylinder head temp sensor is not applicable on this 1.6 engine model. The coolant over temp light illuminates with or without the car running. coolant temperature sensor was replaced and indicates no faults to the obd. the coolant level and temperature is within spec.
My transmission failed for the 2nd time, possibly due to the recall involving the bushings. My engine has oil leaking from the head gasket, I read it could be due to the coolant overheating and getting into the engine. My cruise control doesn't work, when i press lower speed it shifts higher and vice versa.

I was on the highway and a car came in front of me, When I tried to stop the brake was hard and wouldn’t stop! It veered me into the wall and totaled my car. My brakes stiffed up and didn’t stop which cause me to crash.
The rear view camera will display a black screen or the image will be reversed causing confusion and dangerous reversal actions. Also the camera will go black in the middle of parking or not display at all. The transmission will slip without warning and the vehicle will have have to be shut down and restarted in order to drive correctly.

The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V598000 (Back Over Prevention), but the VIN was not included. The backup camera fails to show an image from behind the car over 75% of the time. The display in the car is black upon putting the car in reverse, within about 2 seconds a message displays “rear view camera is unavailable. Please contact your dealership.” The collision sensors (rear cross traffic) also does not work when the camera is not working. Looking at multiple online sites, as well as a friend who has a similar model Fusion as I do, there are many many reports of this issue . My car is low mileage (63,141). Ford also has multiple recalls for this issue on other models and years, this car should be included in the recalls.
Car suddenly would have power but no start. After replacing what was thought needed replacement, the alternator is when it wouldn't steer anymore. Further inspection concluded it was the electrical rack and pinion, leaving no steering and or assist.
The engine makes a very loud ticking and whirring sound, there are also quite a few electrical components that will not communicate with the PCM causing errors on the vehicle code such as a switch component failure U2002-96 Battery voltage circuit below and above threshold U3003-16 and U3003-17, electric park break enable - Deactivated B1111-53. Lost communication with restraints control module U0151-00 Lost communication with pscm U0131-00 invalid data received from pscm - alive/sequence counter incorrect/not updated and right rear tone wheel - mechanical failures C0039-07 even though there have not been any accidents and all maintenance has been done on proper time frame. The car shifts very hard and sometimes hangs on rpm before a shift causing an even harder gear change. The emergency breaking system does not work at all and there is no warning when you come close to any object wall or person. The reverse parking sensors also came loose and recessed into the back bumper by themselves with no tampering or touching.

My turbo boosters keep causing my wastegate to malfunction and stay open. Causing my car to accelerate on its own. The pedal pulls itself down.

When hitting brakes my car pulls to the right , it happens occasionally not often

Steering Fault. Service Now. Message came on. Power steering gone completely.
Power steering failure in parking lot. Steering did not return to center like normal after turning, shortly after while pulling into parking spot the power steering failed. Power steering reset tried and failed. Computer reset tried and failed, vehicle has no power steering or lane keeping capabilities.

MY FORD FUSION 2013 HAS BEEN RUNNING SMOOTHLY UNTIL I PARKED TODAY OUTSIDE USPS TO MAIL A PACKAGE BUT WHILE TRYING TO BACK UP LATER , MY STEERING WOULDN'T MOVE . ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON WITH STEERING ASSIST FAULT NOTE .
TURNED ON CAR AND PUT INTO DRIVE THEN SEVERAL WARNINGS CAME ON AND I LOST CONTROL OF STEERING.
GOT IN CAR TO START AND DRIVE TO WORK. DASHBOARD LIT UP WITH WARNINGS ON STEERING SYSTEM FAILURE, FORWARD ANTICOLLISION SYSTEM FAILURE AND ANTISKID SYSTEM FAILURE. VEHICLE HAS LOST POWER STEERING AND UNABLE TO DRIVE.
WHEN DRIVING THIS VEHICLE AND YOU GO TO MAKE A STOP WITH THE VEHICLE AT LIKE 20 MILES TO 15 MILES PER HOUR THE BRAKING SYSTEM GO TO BREAKS REALLY HARD OR JERK. MAKE IT HARD FOR YOU TO STOP. AND FEEL LIKE YOU ABOUT TO FLY THROUGH THE WINDOW. MAKING THE TRACTION CONTROL AND HILL ASSIST LIGHT INDICATE, AND THE LIGHT WILL GO BACK OUT ON THE VEHICLE AS IF NOT HAPPENED ONCE THE CAR IS IN MOTION. AT 5 TO 10 MILES PER HOUR. THIS WILL HAPPEN VERY OFTEN WHILE DRIVING.
SHIFTED GEAR TO PARK, ON THE DASHBOARD IT WAS STUCK IN NEUTRAL YET THE GEAR WAS IN PARK. COULD NOT MOVE THE SHIFT HANDLE, IT WAS LOCKED IN PLACE. TOWED CAR TO DEALERSHIP. THEY REPORTED THE BRUSHINGS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THIS ISSUE IS SIMILAR TO A RECALL PLACED ON OTHER FORD FUSIONS WITH THE SAME YEAR AND MODEL. THE RECALL # IS 19S16. FORD CORPORATION SAID THE RECALL DID NOT APPLY TO MY VEHICLE EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE EXACT SAME ISSUE THEY INITIATED A RECALL FOR THE OTHER FORD FUSIONS FROM TWO SPECIFIC PLANTS.
THE DOOR IS NOT LATCHING SHUT IT POPS OPEN WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT . DRIVING DOWN THE STREET IN THE DOOR POPPED OPEN AND IT WOULDN'T SHUT ALSO SEEMS LIKE THE TRANSMISSION WON'T STAY IN PARK AT TIMES IT JUMPS WHEN I'M DRIVING IT TAKES A WHILE FOR IT TO GO INTO GEAR I HAD IT IN PARK ONE DAY AND THE CAR WAS STILL MOVING
