Reports submitted to NHTSA, shown in the owner's own words
Removed the winter cover for the RV and the laminated cover for the tongue jack was disintegrated, exposing the power switches and light. This jack was already previously replaced due to the same, or similar problem. The replacement jack has the same touch pad cracking problem as the original jack. I do not know if the jack may extend on its own if the circuitry inside gets wet, like the first recall, but I will disconnect it from the power source while on the road, and once at a campsite.

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
