TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 ISUZU NPR TRUCK. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH THE FAN SHROUD RING IN THE MOTOR BROKE AND BECAME CAUGHT WITHIN THE MOTOR FAN CAUSING IT TO FAIL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS STATED THE FAILURE WAS NOT RECALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILES WERE 158,000. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY
The Isuzu Commercial Truck of America (ICTA) Service Technical Assistance Center (TAC) provides diagnostic support to Isuzu dealer technicians repairing Isuzu vehicles in and out of vehicle warranty. A TAC case number will be issued solely for information tracking purposes and future contact reference.
