TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JAYCO PRECEPT RV EQUIPPED WITH AN ELETROLUX/FRIGIDAIRE KG SERIES MICROWAVE, MODEL NUMBER: CFMV152CLB (N/A). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY PAD FAILED TO ENGAGE AND A BURNING ODOR EMITTED FROM THE MICROWAVE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT FLAMES WERE NOT PRESENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFUSED TO REPAIR THE MICROWAVE UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 14V196000 (EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE). THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE RECALL WAS UNABLE TO BE HONORED DUE TO THE MICROWAVE BEING A BUILT IN UNIT. THE MICROWAVE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
