REAR DEFROST SWITCH FAILED FOR THE SECOND TIME. PER MY KNOWLEDGE, THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH 1995 MAZDA PROTEGE AND IS A PART OF TSB. THIS CAUSES POOR VISIBILITY AND MIGHT CAUSE AN ACCIDENT WHILE DRIVING ON FREEWAY. *AK
WHILE HAVING DEFOSTER ON, THINLY MADE WINDSHIELD CRACKED FROM THE DRIVER'S SIDE BOTTOM TO ABOUT 7 INCH LONG ACROSS THE PASSENGER SIDE. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
THE DRIVER SEAT HAS BEEN LOOSE SINCE NEW. YH
WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S AIR BAGS DEPLOYED WITHOUT WARNING, CAUSING INJURIES TO THE OCCUPANTS. ALSO THE DRIVER'S WINDOW AND THE WINDSHIELD BROKE. PLEASE GIVE FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
