THIS NEW TRAILER HAS A HANDLING PROBLEM THE EMPTY TRAILER STARTS TO SWAY AT 45 MPH AND GETS VIOLENTLY WORSE WHEN LOADED OR PULLED FASTER. IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD THE MANUFACTURE PICKED THE TRAILER UP FROM MY LOCATION AND THE DRIVER GOT VERY SCARED WITH THE WAY IT PULLED AND TOLD ME HE HAD TO STAY OFF THE HIGHWAY BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT HANDLED . THE MANUFACTURE HAS POSSESSION OF THE TRAILER AND ADMITS TO THE PROBLEM BUT ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME TAKE IT WITH A SWAY CONTROL SYSTEM . THE SWAY CONTROL SYSTEM DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM ONLY COVERS UP PART OF THE PROBLEM . THE TRAILER IS NOT BUILT RIGHT AND I'M SURE THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM ON THE MARKET THE SAME. THE TRAILER IS NEW AND HAS NOT BEEN LICENSED OR REGISTERED I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK HOWEVER THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE ISSUE OR MYSELF.

Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
TIRES; WHEELS
This was a memo generated to all of our dealers as a reminder to complete the TIN cards, that are included in our warranty packets, and return them to our tire manufacturers. This applies to all makes and models.
STRUCTURE:BODY:ROOF AND PILLARS
Informational report to Ryan Rahimpour, Safety Defects Engineer, Office of Deffects Investigation, NHTSA, regarding a roof separation on a trailer. Details of apparent cause, remedy and best practices applications.
STRUCTURE
FIELD REPORT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT OF EXCESIVE SWAY WHEN TRAILER IS TOWED.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
