OWNER WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE DRIVER'S/ PASSENGER'S SIDE SEAT BELT HARNESS DID NOT HOLD. OWNER FURTHER NOTES THAT INVESTIGATOR DID LOOK AT SEAT BELTS AND DETERMINED THAT THEY DID NOT RETRTACT, ALSO THEY DID NOT LOCK. *AK
