The defect: Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024 Twist, 2023-2024 Dazzle, Scope, Rize, Sequence, and 2022-2024 Tellaro recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.
The risk: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will remove and replace the sealant, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 23, 2026. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall RC000337.

FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS

The defect: Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Sequence, 2021-2024 Rize, Scope, Tellaro, 2023-2024 Dazzle, and Twist motorhomes, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the injection pump module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.
The risk: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel hose and clamps, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 22, 2023. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000294.

Propane line from tank has multiple stress cracks from improper installation, whereas, the line was installed with the hose bent too tightly and without sufficient flexing to prevent cracks and leaks. The multiple cracks caused a severe propane leak with all related propane equipment becoming inoperable due to the severe danger.

The interior lower panel of the sliding door may become loose and pull or warp away from the chassis sliding door. Adding snap buttons will resecure the interior panel flush to the door.

The seatbelts for the rear, side facing seats may be too long for some passengers.
