Thor Sequences RV: The roof top solar that was installed by Thor Motorcoach flew off of the RV roof while I was driving on [XXX] in downtown Columbus, Ohio. I thought something fell out of a cabinet when I heard a thud. I exited [XXX] on [XXX], and a Central Ohio Transit Authority van driver told something flew off the roof of the RV. I parked and inspected the vehicle and discovered the solar panel was missing. I drove to Mark Wahlberg Air Stream where I purchased the camper van and reported the issue. The staff in maintenance showed me two solar panels that were recalled and being replaced. I was informed several days later that the solar panels on my camper van were not recalled. Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
EQUIPMENT
Timer module used with Relion batteries is not functioning properly which could overload the batteries and cause them to temporarily shut down. If the unit is not equipped with Relion batteries, no repair is needed.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
