The remedy: REPLACE NONCOMPLYING SOFA BAR WITH BAR THAT MEETS REQUIREMENTS.

AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK, REPAIRED. SMELLED SMOKE AND THEN SAW AIR BAG BEGIN TO EXPAND, DRIVER PUT HER HAND ON THE AIR BAG IN HOPES THAT SHE COULD HOLD IT DOWN, THE AIR BAG EXPLODED FRACTURING DRIVER HAND AND CAUSING HER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE WHICH LEFT THE ROAD AND HIT A TELEPHONE POLE.
