The risk: SAFETY BELT DOES NOT MEET THE CRASH PROTECTIONREQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 208.
The remedy: CORRECT THE PLACEMENT OF THE SEAT BELT LATCH MECHANISM.

The defect: FURNACE EXHAUST VENT TUBE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROPERLY ALIGNED DURING INSTALLATION. IMPROPER ALIGNMENT ALLOWS FURNACE EXHAUST AIR TO DISCHARGE AGAINST THE INTERIOR SURFACE OF MOTORHOME WALL.
The risk: FURNACE EXHAUST AIR DISCHARGE INTO THE INTERIOR WALL CANCAUSE MELTING OR BURNING OF INTERIOR WALL COMPONENTS, PRODUCING COMBUSTIONBY-PRODUCTS (INCLUDING CARBON MONOXIDE) WHICH CAN POISON INDIVIDUALS IN THEMOTOR HOME.
The remedy: ALIGN EXHAUST FURNACE EXHAUST VENT TUBE.
