WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE ABOUT (55) MPH THE RIGHT SIDE REAR TIRE BLEW OUT. THE TIRE TREAD CAME LOOSE, SLAPPING THE FENDER WELD AND BREAKING A PIECE OF IT OFF THAT CAME THROUGH THE CABIN ALONG WITH PIECES OF THE TIRE. *AK
