The local dealer was contacted, and a software update was completed to monitor any issues with the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.

A dealer's mobile technician replaced the 12-Volts battery at the contact's residence, and the vehicle became operable. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact expressed concerned about the recall fire risk.
