2019 Honda Accord Body & structure Problems

I have a 2019 Honda Accord the paint is completely chipping off and the clear coat on the roof and the hood is completely gone they had a recall on the white models doing the same thing I have the midnight pearl blue color the car is 7 years old I haven't even had it 5 years take very well care of it brought it to the Honda dealership in Palm harbor Florida the service manager Jared sent me over to the Buick dealer to get an estimate of almost $6,500 is what it would cost to get this fixed I've been trying to contact them for the last 3weeks never received a phone call back or heard anything and then in order for me to file a claim through the corporate of Honda I had to go and get the estimate from the gentleman at the Buick dealer and have an email sent to me because they refuse to contact me.. this doesn't even include everything else that I've had wrong with the vehicle prior to all this I've had to replace the head gasket fuel injectors bring the head of the motor to a machine shop to have it shaved down because there was a big gash from the manufacturer instead of them pulling the plastic off you could see someone cut it which ended up costing me another $300 this has been nothing but a nightmare. You can see on the edging of the hood all the paint is coming off and all on the edge of the back window and roof.. on top of paying almost $30,000 for this vehicle not even 5 years later this is the only vehicle that I own and the reason I bought it was because I thought it was going to be reliable it's been nothing but problems I take very well care of the vehicle always have it detailed and clean it's barely parked in the sun I have a carport it's always in the shade this is not from the Sun this is due to a defect from the factory when they painted it it's happening to other colors on the same make and model vehicle.. 1. The AEB system activated on a clear road with no visible obstacles in sight. The car showed "Brake" message and braked by itself. Fortunately there was no car immediately behind me, so there was no collision. 2. While parked, with the keys untouched, the truck opened by itself. This has happened on more than one occasion.

Paint on top of the hood is peeling and causing rust. Upon talking to 2 different paint and body shops, I was informed they have had other Honda owners with pearl white paint come in for same issue. I took my car to local Honda dealership and they informed me there is no recall on this paint so they can’t do anything. However, when doing google search there have been numerous issues with Honda paint. As someone who paid thousands of dollars for car, getting maintenance only at Honda dealerships and not getting in any accidents, now I have problem that costs thousands of dollars and there’s no responsibility from manufacturer. Someone needs to address this issue

MY VEHICLE IS 3 MONTHS OLD. I NOTICED ABOUT A MONTH AGO ONE CREASE ABOVE THE DRIVER SIDE PASSENGER DOOR, IN THE FRAME PIECE THAT IS BETWEEN THE DOOR AND DOOR.
