2019 Honda Accord Seat belts Problems

This complaint details severe manufacturing defects, hazardous third-party wheel modifications, and an explicit failure to execute critical safety recalls on my 2019 Honda Accord 2.0T Sport (Actual Odometer: ~30,00original miles).SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY FAILURE: The passenger-side seatbelt assembly randomly unlatches and completely disconnects while the vehicle is in motion on public roads without user input, leaving passengers entirely unprotected. The dealership completely omitted and ignored this life-safety issue when presented.STRUCTURAL WHEEL COMPROMISE & LOSS OF CONTROL: Dealership-provided third-party wheels were reinstalled with a total failure to mask off or mill down critical mating surfaces. This left an uneven layer of powder coating directly between the rims, hubs, and lug seats, causing severe tolerance variances, rotational runout, chassis vibration, and severe tire cupping. Furthermore, high-temperature thermal baking has structurally degraded the cast aluminum alloy wheel centers under load.SAFETY SYSTEM BLACKOUT (THE DITCH INCIDENT): Because the un-milled wheel faces left the chassis unstable and fighting steering inputs, the vehicle failed to stabilize during a minor defensive steering maneuver to miss a deer. The car entered a ditch and impacted a signpost with the driver-side mirror. This impact has permanently illuminated central dashboard warning lights and completely blacked out the vehicle's entire advanced driver-assist safety systems (Honda Sensing), rendering it illegal and unsafe to operate.UNRESOLVED MANUFACTURER RECALLS: The dealership has neglected to process and execute two critical safety recalls active on this vehicle: Fuel Pump Recall 21-027 (which can cause engine stall while driving) and BCM Software Update 20-039. dealership's refusal to coordinate safe, independent transport to clear these critical factory safety faults while holding the car under a predatory billing dispute places the owner and public at severe risk.

My vehicle's right driver seat buckle assembly is failing. My seat belt will not latch making my vehicle unsafe and unlawful to drive in the State of Florida. I first noticed this problem on Friday, February 13, 2026. There is currently a safety recall on my vehicle (2018-2029 Honda Accord). I registered my car through [XXX] and noticed that there were two recalls for my vehicle. The two recalls are the seat belt malfunction and fuel pump, which neither repair has been completed on my vehicle. I contacted the dealership on Monday, February 16, 2026 and advised them that i have a failing seat belt on the driver side. I provided them with my vehicle VIN and they advised that I only qualified for one of the repairs (fuel pump). After speaking with the dealership the seat belt recall was removed from my account. I also contacted the manufacturer and they told me the same thing regarding the recall needed to be associated with my VIN number. The Service Bulletin 23-016 was issued on March 10, 2023 and updated on March 24, 2023, I purchased my vehicle on December 8, 2023. The dealership is refusing to repair the seat belt and requiring me to pay out of pocket because the recall is not attached to my VIN. However, the recall is for all 2018-2019 Honda Accord Models. Due to a current recall in place, I should not have to pay out of pocket. I reviewed the Service Bulletin in detail and I am having the exact problem with my vehicle. I would like to escalate this issue to require Honda to cover the charges for this repair. It is not normal for seat belts to fail, I have seen cars 15-20 years old that do not experience these issues. Even those in the junk yard have working seat belts. So, this is not some random incident it is due to the recall. Due to this being a safety hazard I am seeking your assistance regarding the matter. My supplemental restraint system problem keeps appearing on my dash at random times, sometimes will go away then sometimes will stay. I feel this is odd as if something was wrong I want to check it out but I cannot tell and feel this might be a technical error.

Everything comes on my dashboard it doesn't let me go in fast than 45 or it will shut off when I am driving and it doesn't let me drive uphill it starts to slow down and stop but if I turn it off and back on it will start off going great and then it will stop working again I have taken it in to hoada and it is gotten me no were please help me

Seat belt: multiple instances where the seat belth latch does not fully engage causing the seat belt to unlatch while I'm driving. Engine/Fuel: Car bogs down specially with hotter weather. Stalled twice in the past month. when attempted to restart the car, it would crank but it would not be able to fully start. I had my mechanic check the battery, fuses, and even use a scan tool with no issues to be found. The car would eventually start 30-45 minutes after it has cooled down. There is suspicion it is the fuel pump and there is a recall out for this same year, make, and model car but apparently, my VIN was not included in the recall so my local dealer is not able to honor it. I am concerned that this will turn into a bigger problem or worse, that it will happen when I driving down the highway.

LF diver side belt loosens up and has had a rattling noise . The braking system has happened 4 times one almost causing an accident behind me for randomly braking . And suspension has caused me two sets of tires in one year and 3 alignments

I WAS INVOLVED IN A LOW SPEED COLLISION PULLING OUT OF A CLINIC DRIVEWAY ONTO THE ROAD. THE COLLISION DEPLOYED TWO AIRBAGS ON IMPACT. MOST IMPORTANTLY, MY SEAT BELT FAILED.AFTER THE ACCIDENT I FOUND MY SEAT BELT UNBUCKLED AND LAYING OPEN. IF THIS HAD BEEN AT A HIGHER SPEED, I COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED.
