2019 Honda Accord Brakes Problems

I own a 2019 Honda Accord Sport 1.5T. While operating my vehicle, multiple safety-system warnings appeared on the dashboard at the same time. The vehicle displayed “Brake Hold System Problem,” “Adaptive Cruise Control System Problem,” “Collision Mitigation Braking System Problem,” and “Road Departure Mitigation System Problem,” each instructing me to see my dealer. These warnings concerned me because they involved the braking system and several Honda Sensing safety systems simultaneously. I parked the vehicle and turned the engine off. When I restarted the vehicle, all of the warnings had disappeared and the dashboard appeared normal again, even though no repair had been performed. The vehicle has approximately 72,980 miles. I have photographs documenting the warnings while they were displayed. I am reporting this to NHTSA because the problem was intermittent and affected multiple braking and driver-assistance systems at the same time. I am concerned that the systems could malfunction again while driving, including the braking/collision-mitigation system. I would like this incident documented as a potential safety defect involving the 2019 Honda Accord.

I have keep regular maintenance up on my car. Recently all of the lights began flashing on the dashboard. I had oil changed, reset the battery, and all ignition coils. The lights came back on within a week. The car stalled while driving it and had to pull over inside of the highway, turn it off, wait a few minutes before turning it back on.

I bought this car used in August 2022. September 2022, I paid for diagnostics because every warning light was on. They returned the car and the warning lights were clear. They eventually reappeared. I called, complained and was told I would need to pay for another diagnostic. This has been an ongoing problem. The lights are: Collision Mitigation, braking system problem. TPMS system problem, check tire pressure. Brake System problem, brake performance may be reduced. Brake system, brake hold system problem, apply brake when stopped. Electric power steering system problem, steering assist reduced. Vehicle stability assist system problem, reduced traction and handling. Hill start assist problem, vehicle may roll upon brake release. ACC, adaptive cruise control system problem. Road departure mitigation system problem. Emission system problem, avoid heavy acceleration and high speed. When the battery is disconnected for 15 minutes, then reconnected the lights clear, only to reappear within a few miles of driving. This is very concerning. My teenager will be driving soon and this is an unacceptable safety issue.

My car has been sending several warnings including: Brake System: Electric Parking Brake System Problem, Brake System Problem, Brake Hold System Problem, Adaptive Cruise Control System Problem, Collision Mitigation Braking System Problem, Road Departure Mitigation System Problem, Supplemental Restraint System Problem, and Power Steering Reduction Problem. My car is not even 100,000 miles yet. I have had all maintenance done on time and recently had brakes replaced. I have changed my battery and tires twice within the 6 years of owning the car. It seems this is a regular complaint for such low mileage. I was a Toyota person but switched to Honda for their safety performance, and now I am regretting that. I read that this is the Turbo needing to be changed. This part should be recalled if it is failing soon. A person who just bought a car should not be paying $4500 in repairs already. I had the Fuel Pump recall replacement done, and had the brakes done. I am changing the spark plugs and ignition coils next week. Honda needs to do something about this and I am looking to join in the class action suit against them, if they do not correct the issue.
