2019 Honda Accord Airbags Problems

My Honda accord keeps trying to turn off in the middle of the fwy and I know it’s due to the fuel pump, I have a misfire and all the warning lights came on. This is due to Honda having the fuel pump recalled that has damaged all the fuel injectors. It took them almost a year to get the recall parts and now myself and a ton of others are now having to pay for these fuel injectors to have a car that doesn't stall and die on the road. Honda should have taken care of this knowing it damaged the fuel injectors.also issue with air bad supplemental issues

SRS weight sensor failure-- triggers the dashboard warning light and disables my passenger airbag. My SRS light is on continuously. There is a current Honda recall for this issue for my make and model; however, do to my VIN not being listed, the Honda dealership wants to charge me a diagnostic fee plus the repair costs for the exact issue that the current recall is listed for. My VIN needs to be added. I should not have to come out of pocket to pay for this when I'm having the exact issue listed in the recall. My SRS light being on continuously is a MAJOR Safety concern because it disables the airbags--so in the event of an accident, the airbags will not deploy. I contacted Honda Corporate and they created a case--Case number 16432964 for this issue--but they told me it would be possibly months to get anything done and I would still have to pay out of pocket first. While driving on a highway in snowy conditions, the vehicle experienced a brief loss of traction and slid across lanes. There was no confirmed collision with another vehicle, object, or obstacle. During this event, the passenger-side curtain airbag and passenger seat airbag deployed unexpectedly. "Supplemental Restraint System Problem. See Your Dealer" and the air bag warning light was turned on multiple times. Upon turning off and restarting the vehicle, the warning lights are not turned on sometimes. But at random times, the failure reoccurred persistently. Noticed that my vehicle has 5 different Recalls but my VIN only has one recall needed(?). Managed to figure out that the SRS system is faulty due to the front passenger's belt buckle being stuck sometimes. Dealership won't let me replace the belt buckle for free since my VIN is not part of the recall process. Faulty SRS won't work if accident occurs and driver is at the risk always. Also, during driving there is a weird struting noise that happens behind the steering wheel. Can't seem to make out what or where the noise is coming from.

2019 Honda Accord SRS (supplement restraint system) unit light came on. The dealership informed me that the SRS unit and the driver side airbags are defective. The dealership had the car for a week attempting to figure out the issue and replaced both the SRS unit and the driver side airbags. They gave me the car back and 15 miles later the SRS unit light came back on. There is a safety concern with this because this module is what tells the airbags to deploy properly. And the driver side airbag was defective as well.

Supplemental restraint system warning populates in dash board. The vehicle was examined and said the issue lies with passenger seat of 2019 Honda Accord. I have readon to believe this is a safety issue in the event of accident to passenger relating to restraint and release of air bag. Dashboard lights without a passenger present. Suggested to check for recall. Less than 40,000 miles on vehicle and no accident history. This is a safety concern.

Also, this car once a week will brake like if another car is in front of me on a busy highway I travel going home from work. Airbag light came on two times (December 21 @4:38 pm & 29 @10:41 am 2022) and each time vehicle was taken in for service. The warning lights comes on & it reads, "supplemental restraint system problem, see your dealer". The mechanic believe it is due to a chip in the dashboard - they have not confirmed. A recall should be issued, because the orange indicator light stay lite and the reason for the "airbag indicator light" malfunction, needs to be addressed.

The contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at 45 MPH with activated cruise control, the vehicle independently came to a complete stop as a brake warning light flashed on the instrument panel. Due to the failure, the contact was hit from behind by another vehicle. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The contact suffered whiplash as a result of the crash; however, no medical attention was given at the scene. The contact spoke with a doctor and received a prescription for her neck pain. A police report was filed at the scene. The contact was able to drive the vehicle home from the scene but later had the vehicle towed to an independent body shop. The contact notified the manufacturer about the failure; the manufacturer denied that the failure was caused by a mechanical failure and believed the failure was caused by a driver error. I FILED A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS VEHICLE IN OCTOBER OF 2020 WHEN IT WAS 5 MONTHS OLD AT THAT TIME BECAUSE IT WOULD SLAM ON BREAKS AND JERK THE STEERING WHEEL FOR NO KNOWN REASON AND WITH NO ONE AROUND. IT HAS CONTINUED TO DO THIS INTERMITTENTLY AS WELL AS OTHER ERRATIC DRIVING THAT CANT BE ACCOUNTED FOR INCLUDING AT TIMES GETTING CONFUSED WHEN PASSING EXIT RAMPS WHERE THE CAR WILL SLAM ON BREAKS AND JERK TO TRY TO EXIT. I WAS DRIVING THIS AFTERNOON AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS AND THE STEERING WHEEL BEGAN TO SHIMMY (VIBRATING BACK AND FORTH). IT FELT LIKE THERE WAS A POTNETIAL TIRE BLOW OUT BUT MY TPMS DID NOT INDICATE ANY LOSS OF PRESSURE. I ASSUMED THE CAR WAS HAVING ANOTHER ONE OF ITS UNEXPLAINED STEERING BEHAVIORS. I KNOW FROM PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE THAT TURNING THE BLINKER ON WILL STOP THE SHIMMYING IF IT THINKS YOU ARE TRYING TO SWITCH LANES SO I TURNED MY BLINKER ON AND I MOVED OVER ONE LANE HOPING IT WOULD STOP. THE SHIMMYING (VIBRATING OF STEERING WHEEL) CONTINUED AND SHORTLY THERE AFTER IT PULLED HARD LEFT ON ME DRIVING ME DIRECTLY INTO A CEMENT BARRICADE THAT WAS LOCATED A FEW FEET OFF OF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I HIT THE BARRICADE AT HIGHWAY SPEED AND BOUNCED OFF OF IT SPUN AROUND AND RE-HIT THE BARRICADE WITH THE REAR OF THE CAR WHICH IS WHAT SUSTAINED THE MAJORITY OF THE DAMAGE WHEN IT HIT. THOUGH I HIT THE BARRICADE WITH SIGNIFICANT FORCE THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN IN THE CAR WITH ME ON A PREVIOUS OCCASION WHEN THE CAR HAS DONE THIS AND I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT NUMEROUS TIMES TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR...IT ONLY DOES THIS AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS AND ON THE HIGHWAY...IT WILL KILL ME OR SOMEONE ELSE IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE.
