DROVE TO MY FRIENDS HOUSE WITH LIGHTS ON WHEN GOT READY TO LEAVE HAD NO LIGHTS HAD TO LEAVE JEEP UNTIL NEXT DAY. NO TAIL LIGHTS ON PASSENGER SIDE. BUT HAVE FLASHLIGHTS TURN SIGNALS DON'T WORK CAN'T EVEN DRIVE IT ANYMORE.
WHILE DRIVING 20MPH, VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL HEAD ON COLLISION AND PASSENGER'S SIDE SEAT BELT DIDN'T RETRACT. PASSENGER'S HEAD HIT WINDSHIELD, CAUSING SERIOUS INJURIES.*AK VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. *SLC
SEAT BELT BUCKLE WOULD SNAP INTO BUCKLE, BUT WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF FORCE IT COULD BE DISLODGED FROM BUCKLE, CONSUMER REPLACED SEAT BELT BUCKLE. *JB
I HAVE CONTACTED A DEALER FOR REPAIRS. THE DEALER INFORMED ME IT WILL COST 400.00 TO REPLACE THE SEAT BELT AND RETURNING MECHANISM. I FEEL THAT SEAT BELTS SHOULD NOT FAIL UNDER NORMAL USAGE. DO I HAVE ANY RECOURSE? *AK
UPON ARRIVING AT DESTINATION AND PARKING, REAR MIDDLE SEAT BELT BUCKLE WOULD NOT RELEASE. PASSENGER WAS NOT ABLE TO REMOVE BELT AND WAS NOT ABLE TO EXTRICATE SELF. PASSENGER WAS A YOUTH AND WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO WORK HER OUT WITHOUT CUTTING BELT. BUCKLE IS SELDOM USED AS WE RARELY HAVE A PASSENGER IN THE MIDDLE. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET BUCKLE TO WORK AND DEALER SAYS I AM ON MY OWN FOR REPAIR. I PRESUME THE ENTIRE ANCHOR ASSEMBLY MUST BE REPLACED..
HARNESS STRAPS WERE NOT THREADED THROUGH SPLITTER PLATE CORRECTLY. NLM
VEHICLE HAS BEEN INTO THE REPAIR SHOP TWICE FOR VIBRATION. WHEN DRIVING AT 35 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS VIBRATING. ALS0, PASSENGER'S SIDE SEAT BELT WON'T ROLL UP, IT JUST STAYS OUT. *AK
VEHICLE MAIN ENGINE SEAL FAILED CAUSING OIL LEAKAGE.
SHOULDER HARNESSES TOO LOOSE.
WHILE DRIVING IN WET WEATHER HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THE BACK AT 40MPH, THE BRAKES DID NOT HOLD, CAUSE EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE, RESULTING IN A COLLISION; ALSO, THE PASSENGER'S SEAT BELT DID NOT LOCK THE PASSENGER IN THE SEAT. *AK
THE OWNER HIT A GUARD RAIL AT 55 MPH AND THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE TRUCK FLIPPED 6 TIMES. THE DRIVERS SEATBELT DID NOT HOLD THE OCCUPANT.*AK
REAR SEAT BELT RELEASE MECHANISM WOULD NOT UNLATCH. CHILD HAD TO CLIMB OUT OF THE SEATBELT. *AK SLC
