TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 JEEP WAGONEER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CENTER OF THE FRAME BETWEEN THE TWO WHEELS WAS DETERIORATING TO THE POINT OF BEING ABLE TO SEE THE CRACKING AND HOLE IN THE FRAME. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY THE CONTACT AT HIS INDEPENDENT MECHANIC SHOP. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 131,000.
PE00020; ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT ON A 1999 FORD, RANGER TIRE SIZE P245/75R16. WHILE DRIVING TREAD ON THE RIGHT REAR TIRE SEPARATED. ALSO, LEFT REAR TIRE HAS DEVELOPED CRACKS AROUND THE SIDEWALL. *AK

KEY, Master If replacing the key/FOBIK on a WJ, KJ, TJ, or PT Cruiser, use the "AC" NIC level part number. The "AB" NIC level will not program to these platforms. For all other platforms, if the "AB" NIC level will not program to the vehicle, use the "AC" NIC level part and submit a part warranty.
