THIS ADVISORY 13-187 INVOLVES 2013 PASSPORT ELITE 23RB, 31RE & 32FB MODELS IN WHICH IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THE CONTROL CENTER WAS WIRED INCORRECTLY CAUSING THE 110 VOLT SYSTEM OF THE WATER HEATER NOT TO FUNCTION. CORRECTING THE WIRES BEHIND THE PANEL WILL RECTIFY THE SITUATION.

THIS COMMUNICATION IS INFORMING DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENTS OF ADVISORY 13-187 FOR THE UNITS MANUFACTURED WITH THE CONTROL CENTER WIRED INCORRECTLY CAUSING THE 110 VOLT SYSTEM OF THE WATER HEATER NOT TO FUNCTION.
