Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
BACK OVER PREVENTION; BACK OVER PREVENTION: CAMERA SYSTEM
Dealer Message - American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM) is searching for certain 2019-2021 Passports with a customer complaint of the rear view camera inop. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to inspect the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.

Attached are the updated repair instructions for KSB-200305. The information and instructions in a Keystone Service Bulletin (KSB) are intended to inform RV dealership Service Managers/Technicians of situations that may occur with some Recreational vehicles so dealership personnel can perform proper and efficient service. KSBâs are intended to be used by trained RV technicians with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly and safely, not âdo-it-yourselfersâ. Information is not presented as a repair guaranteed to be covered by warranty. Keystoneâs P & P (Policy & Procedures) must be followed for any requested warranty work. Do not assume this repair is covered by warranty. This process describes how to replace a Furrion Antenna head with a Winegard 360 for Over The Air (OTA) channels.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING; EQUIPMENT
It has been determined the vehicles in this KSB population may have been manufactured without the 14-2 Romex inverter wire from the bedroom receptacle to the inverter prep in the front pass through compartment. Only units that are being set up with an inverter will require this repair, otherwise the unit works as designed.

Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
