EXTERIOR LIGHTINGMaintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. (Maintainer) is recalling one 2015 Custom Bodies Heavy Rescue Truck. The all-in-one rear LED lights may be too bright, exceeding the maximum light output allowed which may adversely affect the vision of drivers. As such, this vehicle fails to comply with the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

The front shocks may separate from their upper mount on the front suspension. The loose shock may contact and damage the steering gear housing, possibly causing a steering fluid leak and a loss of power steering assist.
