TOUR BUS COMPANY: GARDEN STATE TRANSIT INC SPRINGFIELD, MA DOT 933664 ICC 390505 OWNER: LUIS CASTILLO 201-780-9899 FRONT RT BRAKE LOCKED UP ON THE WAY, HAD TO STOP AT PETER PAN FOR REPAIR. COOLANT WAS LEAKING, HAD TO STOP NUMEROUS TIMES FOR WATER. A/C STOPPED WORKING AFTER FIRST 3 HOURS EACH DAY. CALLED OWNER OF BUS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES FOR A NEW BUS. BUS GOT HEATED TO 84 DEGREES. 2 MINORS WERE GOING TO PASS OUT. EMERGENCY STOP AT ARBY'S IN FREDERICKSBURG, VA AND CALLED 911. BOTH MINORS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL FOR HEAT EXHAUSTION. BUS SHAKES VIOLENTLY AROUND 65MPH AND THE BUS SEVERELY SWAYS LEFT AND RIGHT. BATHROOM WAS INOPERABLE. NO TOILET PAPER OR SOLID WASTE ALLOWED IN TOILET.
