The defect: Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain 2025 X3-45 and 2025-2026 H3-45 coach buses. The fasteners securing the passenger seat back or the seat belt may be loose.
The risk: An unsecured seat back or seat belt may not properly restrain an occupant in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Prevost will inspect and tighten the fasteners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 2, 2025. Owner may contact Prevost's customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is SR25-23.

The defect: Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain 2025 Prevost H3-45 and X3-45 motorcoaches. The release mechanism on the emergency exit windows may be difficult to open in an emergency situation. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
The risk: Emergency exits that are difficult to open can prevent or delay passengers from exiting during an emergency, increasing their risk of injury.
The remedy: Prevost will inspect and adjust the emergency exit windows as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 28, 2025. Owners may contact Prevost's customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is SR25-10.

ENGINE

The gasket thickness was increased from 1.5 mm to 3 mm to prevent interference between the collar ends, which previously made it impossible to reach the specified tightening torque. Increasing the gasket thickness ensures sufficient clearance between the collar ends and thus guarantees optimal tightening.
