The leveling system failed under load including bent frame brackets. The system is under engineered for the load weight of the vehicle. I have pictures of previous year leveler design and it is clear that the redesign is not sufficient to safely level the vehicle

The contact owns a 2023 Forest River Salem Travel Trailer. The contact stated that while hauling the trailer, the trailer was veering to the driver’s side. The contact also noticed that the tread on the tires were uneven, as if the trailer was leaning to one side more than the other. The contact took the RV to the dealer and was informed that the axle on the RV was not the correct axle. The contact stated that the spacing between the wheels were also not correct. The contact stated that the defects caused the wheel to turn inwards. The dealer was made aware of the defects but failed to resolve or repair the issues or release the RV. The trailer had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and instructed the dealer not to release the trailer. The approximate failure mileage was 1,000.

Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; VISIBILITY/WIPER
According to Ford Recall 25V315/25S49: "The infotainment screen may freeze followed by a black screen and a system reboot. If this occurs during a backing event, the rear-view image may be frozen, missing, or delayed. A frozen rear-view camera display image while in reverse can reduce the driver’s view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash."

Forest River is mailing the "511762RETRACTION" to customer that had been accidently notified that their vehicle was affected by a Mercedes-Benz Recall 24V166. Forest River reported this communication on 5/24/2024.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN
The routing of the main wiring harness might contact the drive shaft and chafe, which could result in a short circuit, loss of drive power, power steering, and brake control system. A short circuit increases the risk of a fire, and a loss of drive power, power steering, and brake system control increases the risk of a crash. This is in reference to Mercedes-Benz Recall Campaign 24V166.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:REFRIGERATOR
According to a Furrion TSB "TB-220919": Irregular cooling performance has been reported on the identified refrigerators. The refrigerator compressor has been found to stop working and requires a âÃÂÃÂhard resetâÃÂàby disconnecting power to reset cooling operation. On occasion, disconnecting power does not reset operation and the refrigerator requires service replacement of the control boards. This TSB may not be applicable for some vehicles.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
