The defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2027 Jayco Eagle, Eagle SLE, and Heartland Sundance fifth wheel trailers. The auto leveling jacks may be lowered during transit.
The risk: Activation of the jacks during transit increases the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will install a jumper wire, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 11, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9901665.
