No recalls in our database for this model year
That does not guarantee a specific vehicle is unaffected — recalls are issued against VINs, and new campaigns are announced regularly. Check a VIN on NHTSA.gov.

VGRS WARNING SYSTEM STAYS ON, INFORMS ME TO TAKE CAR TO DEALER. I WAS INFORMED BY THE DEALER THAT THIS VEHICLE HAD A RECALL ON THIS SYSTEM BEFORE,BUT THE SAME PROBLEM HAS RETURNED.I'AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING THE CAR REPAIRED FOR A KNOWN DEFECT.THANK YOU
MY DASH BOARDS DO OTHER INTERIOR IS MELTING.
THE ABS BRAKE SYSTEM ANTI-LOCK IS FAILING AND EVERY TIME I PUT ON THE BRAKE IS PUSHED ME BACK. CHANGE BRAKES AND ROTOR ON EVERYTHING STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. *TR
FRONT UPPER AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS ARE MALFUNCTIONING. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM ON THIS CAR HOWEVER LEXUS WILL NOT ISSUE A RECALL OR OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE WITH REPAIR. LEXUS WILL COVER THIS UNDER WARRANTY BUT AS MANY OF THESE HAPPEN SHORTLY AFTER THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED LIKE IN MY CASE THERE IS NO RECOURSE. THIS REPAIR IS NEARLY $5000 AND IS JUST NOT FEASIBLE OR AFFORDABLE. *TR
MY SUNROOF GLASS EXPLODED WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY THIS MORNING. IT IS A SINGLE PANEL GLASS. THE REMAINING OF THE GLASS CURVED UPWARD AND IT MAKES ME THINK THAT THIS IS A SPONTANEOUS EXPLOSION . THERE ARE NO OTHER DAMAGES ON THE CAR. OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE WAS 29 F THIS MORNING WHEN IT HAPPENED.
THE BRAKES FAIL ON A LEXUS 2010 HYBIRD 250 WHEN YOU GO OVER A BUMP OR RAILROAD TRACKS AT 40 MILES PER HOUR. THEY JUST RELEASE AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR FOOT OFF THE BRAKES AND PUT IT BACK ON. I REPORTED IT TO THE DEALER TWICE AND THE LAST TIME WAS TOLD THAT IT IS A CHARACTERISTIC OF THE HYBIRD CAR. *TR
THIS IS MORE OF A CONCERN AND A INQUIRY. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2010 LEXUS LS460 AWD. I HAVE NOTICE THAT WHEN MAKING U-TURNS OR SHARP TURNS, THE STEERING WHEEL FAILS TO RETURN TO CENTER BY ITSELF, AND WHEN I TURN IT BACK MY SELF THE WHEEL IS NO LONGER ALIGNED WITH THE CAR. I.E THE NORMAL POSITION OF THE STEERING TO GO STRAIGHT, IS OFF ABOUT 90 DEGREES. THIS TEND TO CAUSE OVER AND UNDERSTEER, AND CAN BE PRETTY SCARY WHEN IN TRAFFIC. *TR

Some 2010 – 2026 model year Lexus vehicles may exhibit paint stains after the removal of Rapgard™. The wrinkles may trap water and cause the paint to stain from the trapped moisture, especially on horizontal surfaces such as the hood, roof, and trunk.

Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
