WATCHED ALOT OF CAR RACES ON TV AND NASCAR RACES ARE ONE OF THOSE RACES WHERE DRIVERS DO CAR ACCIDENTS ON PURPOSE SO THEY DONT LSE A RACE AND PEOPLE OUT THERE DO THE SAME ON REGULAR ROADS.YOU CANT STOP THESE HUMANS OR ROBOTS FROM DOING THESE THINGS ALL THE TIME THEY ARE LIKE SUICIDE THREATS LIKE A KAMAKAZI PILOT FROM JAPAN.SO THINK THAT PEOPLE SHOULD GET CHECKED FOR MENTAL HEALTH TO SEE IF THEY ARE A PERSON WHO IS A KAMAKAZI OR A PERSON WHO IS NOT SCARED TO CAUSE A CAR ACCIDENT ON PURPOSE THESE PEOPLE CAN LOOKLIKE ANY TYPE OF PERSON TALL SHORT MALE FEMALE.THERE COULD BE BEINGS OUT THERE WHO CAUSE CAR ACCIDENTS ON PURPOSE AND THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO BY LAW GIVEN TO THEM BY A STATE A GOVERNMENT ETC. 1995 BUICK CENTURY. CONSUMER STATES PROBLEM WITH LEAKING GAS LINE. *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED A LEAK DEVELOPED IN THE GAS LINE BELOW HIS FEET, SATURATING THE UNDERSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THE FUEL LINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 BUICK CENTURY WITH SIGMA SHADOW TIRES, SIZE 195/75/R14. THE CONTACT STATED HE HAD EXPERIENCED TREAD SEPARATION SEVEN TIMES WITH THE TIRES. EACH TIME HE EXPEREINCED THE FAILURE, THE CONTACT WOULD TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A TIRE SPECIALIST AND THE TIRE WOULD BE REPLACED AT THE CONTACT'S EXPENSE. This Preliminary Information communicates to the dealer the process for downloading or updating operating software for the Tire Pressure Monitor, Active Fuel Injector tester, multi media tester, PICO Scope, GR8 starting/charging tester and Vehicle Data Recorder tools, giving website address and step by step instructions to complete the update.

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician on how to unlock radios that are Delco TheftLock. Technician will use the radio to get the scrambled code. Technician will need to contact the radio unlock center to retrieve the unlock code from the scrambled code. The PI update to version D is to advise the unlock procedure is temporarily unavailable. E version update is to add administrative details.
