The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, Fleetwood Flex, and 2019-2024 Fleetwood Flair motorhomes. The exterior patio outlet may lack GFCI protection when powered by the generator or shore cord.
The risk: An outlet without GFCI protection may fail to shut off electrical power when a ground-fault occurs, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will install GFCI protection device prior to the inverter transfer switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 11, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240812REV.

The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2018 Holiday Rambler Admiral XE, Fleetwood Storm, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, Fleetwood Flex, 2018-2025 Fleetwood Flair, 2020-2024 Fleetwood Fortis, 2020-2025 Holiday Rambler Invicta, 2018-2023 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, and 2018-2019 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE motorhomes, equipped with the HappiJac drop down bed option. The front overhead cabinet fasteners can break, allowing the overhead cabinet to detach.
The risk: A cabinet that detaches while the vehicle is in motion can distract the driver, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and install new hardware and fasteners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 7, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240809REV.

The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019 Fleetwood Flair Model 32 S and Holiday Rambler Admiral Model 32 S motorhomes. The generator exhaust pipe placement exits the motorhome within the vehicle's departure angle.
The risk: If motorhome is driven on an incline, the generator exhaust pipe may get damaged, possibly resulting in carbon monoxide entering the vehicle when the generator is running, increasing the risk of injury or death.
The remedy: REV has notified owners, and dealers will inspect and reroute the generator exhaust pipe, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began May 21, 2019. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 190412REV.

2019 FLEETWOOD FLAIR MOTOR HOME. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO BATTERY THAT WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE THERE WERE A TOTAL OF 31 FAILURES WITH THE VEHICLE INCLUDING ELECTRICAL, VARIOUS LEAKAGES, AND STRUCTURAL ISSUES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DOORS, DRAWERS AND THE DASH. *JS

DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATLBELTS DO NOT PULL TIGHT, THEY ALWAYS HANG LOOSE BECAUSE OF A DEFECT IN THE UPPER WALLMOUNT/GUIDE AND THE LACK OF TENSION IN THE SEATBELT TENSIONER. BECAUSE THE GUIDE DOES NOT SWIVEL, THE BELT GETS STUCK IN THE CORNER AND LOSES ALL TENSION. EVEN IF YOU GET IT UNSTUCK, THE TENSIONER IS INADEQUATE AND WILL NOT PULL BACK THE BELT. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE.

The purpose of this Product Upgrade Service Bulletin is to inform all REV Recreation Group dealers about the need to inspect, and if necessary, install rivets to supplement the existing fasteners attaching the vertically mounted Carefree Longitude? patio awning to the sidewall on certain Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler brand Class A and Class C gas motorhomes. In addition to the fastener inspection, certain vehicles equipped with these awnings and measuring 20 feet and longer may require the addition of a center awning support brace. On affected motorhomes manufactured 9/5/2017 - 6/27/2019, incorrect fasteners may have been used to secure the Carefree Longitude? awning legs to the sidewall. If this condition exists, there is a possibility of premature failure of the awning and/or its components. On affected motorhomes manufactured 9/11/2017 - 7/23/2019 and equipped with a Carefree Longitude? awning 20 feet or longer (measured from the center of the awning legs), the required center awning support brace may have been omitted during awning installation at the factory. Without this support brace, there is a possibility of premature failure of the awning and/or its components.

Without this support brace, there is a possibility of premature failure of the awning and/or its components.
