TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 FLEETWOOD FLAIR RV. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20E071000 (EQUIPMENT) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. CAMPING WORLD OF NASHVILLE LOCATED AT 2618 MUSIC VALLEY DR, NASHVILLE, TN 37214 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE CONTACTED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS HOWEVER, THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT PERFORMED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT HAD EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.

THE ONBOARD GENERATOR GIVES OFF RAW GASOLINE SMELL INSIDE THE UNIT AFTER A MINIMUM OF 35 MINUTES OF RUN TIME CREATING AN EXPLOSIVE CONDITIONS. EMAILED THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER OF THE LIFE SAFETY ISSUES IN SEPTEMBER 13, 2020 WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER AND LITTLE FROM THE MANUFACTURER. I PURCHASED A 2020 FLEETWOOD FLAIR 28A MOTORHOME IN JULY OF 2020 FROM CAMPING WORLD IN HUGO MINNESOTA. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET INFORMATION FROM THE DEALER SINCE JULY OF 2020. I HAVE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY ARE TRYING TO GET INFORMATION, BUT BETWEEN THE TOTAL DISREGARD AND LYING THE RV IS STILL AT THE DEALER WITH NO COMPLETION DATE IN SITE.*DT*JB CONSUMER STATED HE FILED 6 COMPLAINTS.*JB*DT*JB

The attached dealer service bulletin regarding Product Upgrade campaign 212322REV was emailed 1/07/2022 to all REV RV dealers. The purpose of this Product Upgrade Bulletin is to inform REV RV dealers on the need to inspect and, if necessary, enhance the securing of lines/hoses, cables or, wire harnesses on certain model year 2020, 2021 and, 2022 Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler brand Class A Gas motorhomes. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, there may be the potential of lines/hoses, cables and, or wire harnesses not being adequately secured.

The purpose of this dealer notification letter is to inform all REV Recreation Group dealers about Product Upgrade 212322REV affecting certain model year 2020, 2021 and 2022 Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler brand Class A Gas motorhomes CONDITION: On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, there may be the potential of lines/hoses, cables and or wire harnesses not be adequately secured.

The purpose of this owner notification letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2020, 2021 and 2022 Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler brand Class A Gas motorhomes of the Product Upgrade 212322REV CONDITION: On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, there may be the potential of lines/hoses, cables and or wire harnesses not be adequately secured.
EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY
The purpose of this Product Upgrade owner notification letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2020 Fleetwood Flair about Product Upgrade 190827REV. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the rear air deflector, mounted to the rear fiberglass cap, was attached with a series of brackets and screws. The brackets used in this application had slots in certain areas where they attached to the cap. Over time, these brackets could shift or slide within the confines of the slots. This movement can cause the rear air deflector to become slightly misaligned.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The purpose of this Product Upgrade Service Bulletin is to inform all REV Recreation Group dealers about the need to correct the 12-Volt patio awning circuitry and wiring on certain model year 2020 Fleetwood Flair and Holiday Rambler Admiral, Model 34 J Class A motorhomes in order for the awning switch to function with the appropriate lockouts applied. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the patio awning circuit wiring may have been incorrectly wired and could be manually operated regardless of the positioning of the ignition switch and/or parking brake.

The purpose of this Product Upgrade dealer notification letter is to inform all REV Recreation Group dealers about Product Upgrade 190827REV.
