MY CLASS A MOTORHOME WAS RECALLED FOR A DEFECTIVE CRUISE CONTROL. THE FORD DEALERS I CONTACTED TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 5 MONTHS FOR THEM TO RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT CORRECTIVE PART. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THEY HAVE HAD MONTHS TO MAKE THE PARTS AVAILABLE. NOW I HAVE TO GET ALONG WITHOUT ANY CRUISE CONTROL ON A 34' 17,000 LB. VEHICLE WITH GASOLINE COSTING OVER $3 A GALLON. *TR

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
