TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 MITSUBISHI GALANT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE THE CHECK ENGINE SENSOR LIGHT AND BRAKE SENSOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND CONTINUED TO FLASH OFF AND ON. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 201,000.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 MITSUBISHI GALANT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ABS LIGHT IN THE VEHICLE WOULD ILLUMINATE. HE WOULD ALSO HAVE TO PULL THE FUSE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE TURN SIGNAL BECAUSE IT APPEARED TO BE STUCK. THE FAILURE OCCURRED EVERYTIME THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 98V212000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TAIL LIGHTS:SWITCH) BECAUSE HIS VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE CONTACT WILL PAY TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 155,852 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 150,000.

TL*- THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE 1995 MITSUBISHI GALANT ABS LIGHT TURNED ON 03/11/07. HE STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE IN THE EVENING HOURS AT THE SPEED OF 50-55 MPH THE ABS LIGHT TURNED ON. HE NOTICED A CHANGE IN THE BRAKE SYSTEM. HE STATED THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL BECAME DIFFICULT TO PRESS. HE CALLED THE DEALERSHIP ON 3/12/07, AND THEY INFORMED HIM TO CHECK AND SEE IF THE VEHICLE WAS ON RECALL ,AND IF IT WAS, TO CALL THEM BACK. THE CONTACT FOUND NO RECALL FOR THE ABS, BUT DID FIND A NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ABS LIGHT CONTINUED TO STAY ON. HE STATED THAT HE HASN'T DRIVEN THE VEHICLE RECENTLY, BUT DID START IT UP, AND THE LIGHT ABS LIGHT WAS STILL ON. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 150000.*AK
