The contact stopped, parked, and turned off the vehicle for 10 minutes; however, the failure recurred while driving. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where the failure could not be replicated. THE CONSUMER STATED IN ADDITION TO THE TRANSMISSION ISSUES, HE ALSO WANTS TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE UNNECESSARY REPLACEMENT OF ROTORS, THE DIAGNOSTIC OF THE SES LIGHT DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION ABOUT THE ACTIVE GRILL SHUTTER, AS WELL AS THE ROTATION OF THE VEHCLE TIRES.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT NOTICED THE TRANSMISSION HAD A DELAY WHEN CHANGING GEARS FROM REVERSE INTO DRIVE. IN ADDITION, WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED IN REVERSED, IT LURCHED FORWARD ROUGHLY AND FELT AS IF IT WOULD STALL. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE CONTACT EMAILED RELIANCE CHEVROLET BUICK GMC (5020 7TH ST, BAY CITY, TX 77414, (904) 701-0493), INFORMING THEM THAT THE VEHICLE STARTED WITH A DELAY FROM FIRST TO SECOND GEAR, DIFFICULTY SHIFTING FROM FIRST TO SECOND GEAR, AND A DELAY IN MOVING FORWARD WHEN SHIFTING GEARS.
