The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRINGForest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Champion Challenger, Defender, 2024-2025 Glaval Entourage, and 2023-2024 Glaval Universal transit buses. The entry door ground wire may be incorrectly connected to the positive side of the battery instead of the negative ground.

SEATSForest River Bus, LLC. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Glaval Universal and Mobility Trans Safetbus transit buses, equipped with certain GO-ES Space Saver Foldaway Seats. The recliner mechanism may not engage when the seat back is fully reclined. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

(Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2018-2024 Starcraft Allstar, Senator II, 2022-2024 Starcraft Allstar MVP, Senator II MVP, Eldorado National Advantage, 2018 Starcraft Candidate II, 2023 Starcraft Starlite, 2023-2034 Champion Challenger, Elkhart Coach ELKC, and 2019-2024 Glaval Universal transit buses. Unsecured brake lines may be damaged by contact with the frame rail.

EQUIPMENTForest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Starcraft Allstar XL, 2022-2023 Allstar XLT, and 2022 Glaval Concorde II transit buses. The exterior-mounted air conditioning compressor may contact the optional stabilizer/sway bar, possibly causing mount failure and resulting in a loss of power or steering control.

The Programmable Relay Power Center (PRC) module can fail.

(Forest River) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Glaval Bus Apollo, Commute, Concorde II, Entourage, Legacy, Primetime, Titan, Titan II Low Floor, and Universal shuttle buses equipped with Safe Fleet Prolo Roof Escape hatches. Due to a manufacturing issue, the roof hatch external handle may unexpectedly break under reasonable use. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."

(Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Glaval Concorde II, Entourage, Legacy, Primetime, Universal, Commute, Startrans Candidate II, P/S2, Senator II, Senator II HD, Senator II MPV, and MFSAB buses. The driver's upper seat belt restraint and bottom retractor anchor bolts may not have been fully tightened during manufacturing, and, as a result, the bolts may loosen.
