I ma having bad experience with Honda of Chantilly dealership and they are not finding the real issue with my HRV 2027 which has been having mist and condensation issue on front window. This is new 2027 HRV and they keep saying there is no issue. I am not able to drive due this fog and mist and it's safety hazard for driving. I dropped my car with Honda dealership for 48 hours and they are not taking any accountability of finding the issue and its been 2 months I brought this new car and they are simply pushing back.

The contact owns a 2027 Honda HR-V. The contact stated that, on several occasions while driving at speeds above 65 MPH, an abnormal humming sound came from the engine compartment. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 70.

The contact owns a 2027 Honda HR-V. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle experienced excessive fuel consumption and required refueling before driving 40 miles. The contact stated that the accelerator pedal was depressed to the floor for the vehicle to accelerate properly. The vehicle shuddered, and an unknown equipment warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to two dealers; however, the failure could not be duplicated or diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 17,000.
