Tha front cap appears to be moving or the body is flexing too much. This is causing the sides to come out of the front trim moulding. If this happens going down the highway while in tow it could cause the side of the trailer to be torn off.

A weld failed on a spring hanger in the suspension to the frame on the passenger side rear axle. It dropped down and shifted the front axle which destroyed the front axle causing the wheel bearings to get hot and weld together. The trailer is currently at an RV Repair Shop being repaired. If we had not noticed this when we did, it could have caused a fire or accident on the highway. The RV Repair Shop which is repairing our problem had this same issue in their shop two weeks prior. The trailer has not been inspected by anyone other than the RV Repair Shop. There was no warning of this incident until the wheel started smoking.

Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.

EQUIPMENT
Informational bulletin for repair that requires the removal of pullout cabinet extension drawers.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
