NEW SET OF TIRES (4) INSTALLED APROX. 1 MONTH AGO. THE LEFT REAR BLEW OUT THE SIDEWALL. BLOWOUT OCCURRED AT FREEWAY SPEED APROX 70 MPH. DROVE APROX. 1/4 MILE TO GET OFF ROADWAY. I'M THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF A 1991 CHEV. S-10 BLAZER WHOM HAS LIVED AT THE SAME ADDRESS SINCE BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RECALL INFORMATION ON THIS VEHICLE SINCE THE PURCHASE OF IT. THE PAINT HAS BEEN WASHING OFF OF THE VEHICLE, IT LEAVES THE PRIMER. THE PAINT IS SEPARATING FROM THE PRIMER.
