The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Keystone Carbon, Cougar, Fuzion, Impact and Raptor fifth-wheel trailers equipped with a Furrion over the air (OTA) wing-style television antenna. The antenna may separate from the mounting base during transit, becoming a road hazard.
The risk: If the antenna detaches from the trailer while moving it may become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the Furrion wing-style antenna with a Winegard dome-style antenna, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-381.

The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2020 Alpine, Avalanche, Fuzion, Laredo, Montana, Raptor, Crossroads Redwood, and Dutchmen Voltage trailers. The adhesive bond between the glass and the metal frame of the frameless windows may fail which can allow the glass to detach while moving.
The risk: If the window glass detaches while the vehicle is moving it could become a projectile, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the windows for proper adhesive bond strength, replacing the windows as necessary, free of charge. This recall began July 24, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-375.

It has been determined the units in this KSB population may develop sidewall cracks at both front slideouts. Only units that develop a crack will require this repair, if the sidewall is not cracked, no repair is needed.

Email to owners regarding campaign 21-406. It has been determined that Polycarbonate skylights used on Alpha Flex and Alpha Ply roof systems may crack. CLOSING NOTICE - This Campaign ends October 31, 2021. All repairs and claims for this campaign must be submitted on or before October 31st to be considered for reimbursement. Further delay in inspection for defective skylights and necessary correction could result in extensive water damage. Lack of participation in the campaign will result in loss of warranty reimbursement for related damage.

KSB’s are intended to be used by trained RV technicians with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly and safely, not “do-it-yourselfers”. Information is not presented as a repair guaranteed to be covered by warranty. Keystone’s P & P (Policy & Procedures) must be followed for any requested warranty work. Do not assume this repair is covered by warranty. This process describes how to replace a Furrion Antenna head with a Winegard 360 for Over The Air (OTA) channels.

Do not assume this inspection is covered by warranty. Not every unit requires a repair. This process describes the inspection of sidewall cracks and separation forward of the front slideouts to determine if there is a defect and what repair may need to be performed.
