WE USED OUR NEW RAPTOR FOR A SHORT TRIP & THE REFRIGERATOR STOPPED WORKING USING AC. WE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE IT SERVICED AT A KEYSTONE DEALER. THEY FELT THE GFI WAS TRIPPED & RESET IT. WE HAD DONE ALL THAT TYPE OF TROUBLESHOOTING & WERE NOT CONFIDENT THE ISSUE WAS THAT SIMPLE. IT WAS WINTER AND WE PUT THE UNIT IN STORAGE. WE GOT IT OUT LAST WEEK TO PREPARE FOR OUR 1ST TRIP OF THE YEAR. THE REFRIGERATOR STILL DID NOT WORK AND THE GFI WOULD NOT RESET. WE STARTED TO TRACE THE PROBLEM OURSELVES. MY HUSBAND CHECKED SEVERAL OUTLETS TO SEE WHAT WAS WORKING & NOT. IT SEEMED TO BE AT THE KITCHEN TIPOUT. APPARENTLY THE ELECTRIAL SHORTED OUT UNDER THE TRAILER AT THE KITCHEN TIPOUT & BURNED AND MELTED THE POORLY RUN WIREING, CONNECTORS AND INSULATION. WE WERE ASLEEP WHEN THE DAMAGE OCCURED. WE COULD OF DIED. WE CONTACTED 2 DEALERS AND THE MANUFACTURER. THEIR ONLY COMMENT WAS TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. *TR

Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
