Front end camber toe in has been adjusted but keeps toeing in makes tires wear. Hard to keep going straight allways sways. Dashboard stops working and windows don't work. Started doing this at around 100,000 miles. Will turn back on and off. Sometimes gas pedal stops working Can't tell speed. There are a lot of these happening to this model

VAN HAD TROUBLE STARTING SO TOOK IT TO DEALER, THINKING IT MIGHT BE PLUG/INJECTOR-RELATED. SHOP CONTACT INDICATED LEAK IN FUEL RAIL, DUMPING GAS ONTO ENGINE POTENTIALLY RESULTING SOMETHING THAT COULD IGNITE AND EXPLODE. Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
