(KTM) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Husqvarna FE 501S, Husqvarna FE 350S, 2024 GasGas ES 350, and GasGas ES 500 motorcycles. During backwards rolling, the brake caliper may crack near the primary pin casting, which may cause the caliper to break when riding.

(KTM) is recalling certain 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, 2024-2025 390 Duke, 2025 390 SMC R, 390 Enduro R, 390 Adventure X, and 390 Adventure R motorcycles. The engine control software may cause the engine to stall at low rpms, resulting in a loss of power.

FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY:FILLER PIPE AND CAPKTM North America, Inc. is recalling certain 2024 390 Duke, 250 Duke, 990 Duke, Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, and Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 motorcycles. The seal on the fuel filler cap may develop cracks and leak fuel.

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:THROTTLEKTM North America, Inc. is recalling certain 2022-2023 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, and 2022-2024 KTM 390 Adventure motorcycles. Water could enter the throttle (e-throttle) control unit and cause it to fail, resulting in loss of drive power.

SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:FOUNDATION COMPONENTS:DISC:CALIPERKTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Husqvarna FE 350s, FE 501s, and 2024-2025 GASGAS ES 350 and ES 500 motorcycles. The front brake caliper may crack in the area around the upper guide pin.

TIRES:TREAD/BELTKTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Husqvarna and KTM motorcycles with equipped with TKC80 tires. Please refer to KTM's recall report for specific model details. Cracks longer than 3/16 inch may develop in the tread grooves. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 119, "New Pneumatic Tires-Other Than Passenger Cars."

(KTM) is recalling certain 2022 Husqvarna 350s and Husqvarna 501s motorcycles. The brake pad retaining clips on the front brake caliper may have been mounted incorrectly, which could result in loose or detached front brake pads.

POWER TRAIN:CLUTCH ASSEMBLY:SLAVE CYLINDERKTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2018-2020 690 Enduro R, Vitpilen 701, 701 Enduro, 701 Supermoto, 2019-2020 690 SMC R, Svartpilen, 2018-2019 690 Duke, and 2020 701 Enduro LR motorcycles. The bellow-style gasket on the clutch slave cylinder may have been damaged during manufacturing, which could cause the clutch to become inoperable and not disengage when the clutch lever is pulled in.
