Driving my 2020 Keystone 1/2 Cougar to Camping World in NC when a noise made from camper, parts came from tire, and white smoke from camper to find driver side front axle tire had blown apart. Bought replacement tire while initial repairs completed. On return home, felt another jerk from camper, just thought normal tow jerk, and got home to find passenger side rear axle tire was completely gone and had rode home on the rim. Attached are the updated repair instructions for KSB-200305. The information and instructions in a Keystone Service Bulletin (KSB) are intended to inform RV dealership Service Managers/Technicians of situations that may occur with some Recreational vehicles so dealership personnel can perform proper and efficient service. KSBâs are intended to be used by trained RV technicians with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly and safely, not âdo-it-yourselfersâ. Information is not presented as a repair guaranteed to be covered by warranty. Keystoneâs P & P (Policy & Procedures) must be followed for any requested warranty work. Do not assume this repair is covered by warranty. This process describes how to replace a Furrion Antenna head with a Winegard 360 for Over The Air (OTA) channels.

It has been determined the vehicles in this KSB population may have been manufactured with an inverter prep and only one receptacle is connected through the inverter. Only units that are being set up with an inverter will require this repair, otherwise the unit works as designed.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
