CLOCK SPRING ON STEERING COLUMN FAILED INTERNALLY, CAUSING STEERING WHEEL TO LOCK UP. THIS WAS DURING LEFT TURN. AFTER ROCKING STEERING WHEEL BACK AND FORTH, IT WOULD TURN AGAIN WITH NORMAL INPUT FORCES, HOWEVER THE HORN, CRUISE, AND AIRBAG ARE NOT OPERATIONAL AFTER THIS INCIDENT. *AK
