The defect: Rollx Vans (Rollx) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
The risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Rollx will work with Q'Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 5, 2026. Owners may contact Rollx's customer service at 1-800-956-6668.

ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM:RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

The defect: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2018-2026 Ram ProMaster vehicles. The electrical circuit for the radiator fan may overheat.
The risk: Electrical circuits that overheat increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will replace the cooling fan module and fuse. In addition dealers will provide an addendum for the manual and label for the power distribution center. Some interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed December 11, 2025. Some owner notification letters were mailed beginning December 11, 2025. Additional owner notification letters were mailed in January, March, and June 2026. Remaining owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's numbers for this recall are 67C, B3C, and C9C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning October 30, 2025.

BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA

The defect: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Dodge Durango, 2021-2023 Chrysler Pacifica, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, 2022 Ram 1500, 2500, 3500, Chrysler Voyager, 2022-2023 Jeep Compass, Grand Cherokee, Wagoneer, Grand Wagoneer, and Ram Promaster vehicles. The radio software may prevent the rearview image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
The risk: A rearview camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will update the radio software or the software will be OTA, "Over-The-Air," free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning July 9, 2024. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's numbers for this recall are 66B and 79B.

Loss of Power Steering Assist

The Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) has received 19 Vehicle Owner Questionnaires (VOQs) alleging an intermittent or complete failure of the power steering assist system in certain Model Year (MY) 2022-2023 RAM ProMaster 1500, 2500, and 3500 vehicles. Failure of the power steering assist system can result in increased steering effort required to control the vehicle. An increase in steering effort can potentially lead to a loss of directional control of the vehicle. Several received reports allege failures of the steering rack with specific reports citing water intrusion into the electrical connectors of the electric power steering control module. ODI is opening this Preliminary Evaluation (PE) to assess the scope and root cause of potential defects in 2022-2023 RAM ProMaster steering systems. The contact owns a 2023 Ram Promaster 3500. The contact stated that while driving 65 MPH, there was smoke coming from under the hood. Additionally, there was an abnormal burning odor inside the vehicle. The dealer was contacted by phone and made aware of the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was confirmed that the failure and extended damages were associated with the unrepaired recall. The contact researched and discovered recalls, NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V720000 (Engine and Engine Cooling) and 25V330000 (Back Over Prevention); that were associated with the VIN. The manufacturer was contacted by phone, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 200,000.

The contact owns a 2023 Ram Promaster 3500. The contact stated that while driving 60 MPH, the steering wheel failed to turn in the intended direction. The dealer was contacted by phone and made aware of the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with electronic power steering module failure. The contact was informed that the electronic power steering module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed that the parts to repair the vehicle were on back order. The contact stated that the failure was a known failure with the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.

The contact owns a 2023 Ram ProMaster 2500. The contact stated that the emergency control system was inoperable. While driving 3 MPH over a bump in the roadway, the steering wheel locked up. While driving 65 MPH, the failure recurred. Additionally, while reversing, the vehicle stopped suddenly. Prior to and after the failures, an unknown yellow warning light illuminated accompanied by an abnormal dinging sound. Additional warning lights illuminated associated with the steering, hill assist, and emergency control system, and an abnormal brake odor emanated from the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure was scary and dangerous. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where the contact was informed that there was a reset switch, and that the contact might have jerked the steering wheel. The dealer informed the contact that the vehicle was fully inspected. The approximate failure mileage was 5,604.

Fuel tank leaking gasoline badly, where tank and fuel fill are connected. This is our 6th Pro Master out of the 41 we have so far. This is a very dangerous gasoline leak and, so far we have been lucky with no bodily injury, death or fires

The steering wheel bucks and becomes immovable when I’m steering. The problem is intermittent and happens primarily when driving slowly, such as getting maneuvered at a gas pump or parking. It has also happened at highway speeds when there are rumble strips, in construction zones, or broken concrete that jars the vehicle.

Total sudden loss of power steering

The contact owns a 2023 Ram ProMaster 3500. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the power steering suddenly failed, causing the steering wheel to jerk unexpectedly and pull out of the contact's grip. No warning lights illuminated. The dealer was notified of the failure; however, the vehicle was not taken to the dealer, diagnosed, or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.

While at the dealership service center, the "service electronic power steering" warning light illuminated on the dash and when driven the steering wheel began snapping back, making driving very difficult. The garage informed us that the van is considered unsafe/undriveable until fixed due to the high risk of causing an accident. Upon inspection by the service center, they stated that the steering pump was filled with water from an unknown source and that the harnesses were completely corroded. The wiring/connectors were also completely corroded and appeared to be causing the issues with steering.
