SUSPENSION:FRONT:CONTROL ARM:LOWER BALL JOINT; SUSPENSION:FRONT:CONTROL ARM:UPPER BALL JOINT; WHEELS:LUGS/NUTS/BOLTS/STUDSGEM WAEV LLC (GEM) is recalling certain 2022-2025 e2, e4, e6, and eLXD vehicles. The retaining fasteners between the ball joint and the hub strut may have been improperly tightened, which can result in ball joint separation from the wheel.

SUSPENSION:FRONT:CONTROL ARM:LOWER BALL JOINT; SUSPENSION:FRONT:CONTROL ARM:UPPER BALL JOINT; WHEELS:LUGS/NUTS/BOLTS/STUDSGEM WAEV LLC (GEM) is recalling certain 2024-2025 e2, e4, e6, and eLXD vehicles. The mounting screws between the ball joint and the hub strut may have been improperly tightened, resulting in ball joint separation from the wheel.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMPolaris Industries, Inc. (Polaris) is recalling certain 2016-2017 GEM E2, E4, E6, and ELXD vehicles. The drive mode switch can send an incorrect signal, causing the vehicle to become inoperative or go in the opposite direction than intended.

STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERSPolaris Industries, Inc. (Polaris) is recalling certain 2011-2016 GEM E2, E2L, ELXD, and EL electric vehicles. The lower main frame tube may crack which can result in failure of the secondary upper cab frame.

WHEELS:LUGS/NUTS/BOLTS/STUDSPolaris Industries, Inc. (Polaris) is recalling certain 2016-2017 GEM E2, E4, E6, and ELXD electric vehicles, equipped with steel wheels. The lug nuts on the front wheels may loosen, potentially resulting in a front wheel detaching from the vehicle.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMPolaris Industries, Inc. (Polaris) is recalling certain 2016-2017 GEM E2, E4, E6, and ELXD electric vehicles manufactured May 29, 2015, to November 18, 2016. The drive mode switch can send an incorrect signal, causing the vehicle to go in the opposite direction than intended.

15V8200008 Gem models

SEAT BELTSPolaris Industries, Inc. (Polaris) is recalling certain model year 2015 GEM EL, ES, E4, E4S, ELXD, E6, E6S, and E2 vehicles manufactured December 15, 2014, to August 25, 2015. The seat belts in the affected vehicles have retractor mechanisms that may fail, causing the seat belt to be stuck in one position. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."

STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERSPolaris Industries, Inc. (Polaris) is recalling certain model year 2009-2010 GEM eLXD L09GVHA4X and L10GVHA4X hybrid electric vehicles manufactured November 25, 2008, to December 30, 2010. The affected vehicles have frame welds between the cab and cargo bed that may crack.
