The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Alpine, Avalanche, 2020-2023 Fuzion and Impact travel trailers. The hydraulic leveling leg foot pads may become loose and separate from the vehicle.
The risk: A foot pad that separates during transit can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect the mounting bolt and reinstall with thread locking adhesive, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 10, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-437.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING

The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Keystone Fuzion (models 357, 369, 373, 379, 419, 424, 427, 429 and 430) and Impact (models 26V, 28V, 29V, 311, 317, 330, 343, 359, 367 and 415) toy hauler travel trailers. The generator transfer switch may be incorrectly wired with the transfer switch "Line" wiring (shore cord) and "Load" wiring (power center wiring) reversed, allowing the generator power to energize the shore power connection.
The risk: A generator that is able to energize the shore power connection may increase the risk of injury.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will run the generator to check for the proper power output, correcting the wiring as necessary, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-382. Note: If there is no power inside the unit while the generator is running, owners are instructed to discontinue using the generator until the recall remedy is performed.

The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Keystone Carbon, Cougar, Fuzion, Impact and Raptor fifth-wheel trailers equipped with a Furrion over the air (OTA) wing-style television antenna. The antenna may separate from the mounting base during transit, becoming a road hazard.
The risk: If the antenna detaches from the trailer while moving it may become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the Furrion wing-style antenna with a Winegard dome-style antenna, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-381.

The Keystone Fuzion RV has a structural issue. I have been following other owners and there seems to be many RV’s with the same crack under the Master Bedroom. The crack appeared after transport I would not want to be the cause of an accident if the crack continued across the body and it detaching from the RV while being transporting and causing serious injury or death. I would like this investigated for not only my safety but the safety of other on the road.

Originally, the rear axle on our trailer failed last year in July of 2020. We had an axle that was cambered in and that resulted in abnormal wear on our rear tires. Because of the abnormal wear, we had a blowout of our left tire on the rear axle while traveling on Interstate 84 in Oregon. After eight months, the dealer, Camping World/Keystone, replaced the axle. Upon receiving the trailer back in April from the dealer, we noticed it was leaning to the right about three inches. Since we were unaware of the real issue, we went on our trip. We have had to level the trailer with leveling blocks at our campsite each time on the right side. We haven't had to do that in the past. Our safety and the safety of others were put at risk because the leaf spring could have broken, pulled the rear axle back, and steered us in an unexpected direction. This could result in us going into other vehicles on the road. Today, we had it inspected by two companies: The Spring Works as well as Bob Scott RV respectively in Grand Junction, Colorado. They both confirmed that we had a bad leaf spring on the right rear axle. Additionally, Bryan Dubose, at The Spring Works stated that the left rear leaf spring has been compromised because of the other faulty one. There were no warning signs other than the trailer leaning to the right when viewed from the rear. The symptom of the trailer leaning to the right first appeared when Camping World had replaced the defective rear axle and returned it to us in April of 2021.

Further delay in inspection for defective skylights and necessary correction could result in extensive water damage. Lack of participation in the campaign will result in loss of warranty reimbursement for related damage.
